In a recent post (Read it Here), I talked about finding your life purpose. One thing I believe is that your purpose does not simply benefit you: it should also benefit others. I am a solitary, stay-at-home person, yet I know part of my purpose is to share knowledge and skills with others. I would burst wide open and cease to exist if I could not help others through teaching. This quote from the poet, Rumi, speaks to this need to be of value to others.
In the words of Rumi, how do you “walk out of your house like a shepherd?”
